This year marks our 18th anniversary and we are incredibly proud to announce that we have successfully completed a Management Buy Out which we are sure will further the development and aspirations of the company. It will allow our founder Jonathan Jacob-Carey to retire within the next few months. He is very much looking forward to spending lots more time with his wife and their young family.
Steve Draper will move from Director/Owner into his new role as Chairman and mentor, supporting the MBO team whilst gradually reducing his hours. This will also allow him to spend more time with his wife and family.
Succession planning has been really important for both Steve and Jon. The MBO team are delighted with this opportunity and do not foresee any day-to-day changes within the business, as this has been some time in the planning! We are fully expecting this to further enhance J Carey Design and are feeling excited, positive, and ready for all the wonderful things we know we can achieve together.
Finally, we would like to say a huge thank you to our hardworking office, workshop and site staff, who go above and beyond on a daily basis. We are all committed to continue providing our clients with the best quality product and service for many years to come.
