As the year draws to a close, for us, 2025 has been defined by steady progress, consistency and delivery. A strong and balanced workflow has allowed us to focus on refining how we operate and continually improving how our projects are delivered for clients.
One of the most encouraging outcomes has been a sustained increase in production rate from January 2024 through to today. This reflects the collective effort across the business and a shared commitment to planning, coordination and execution.
Project delivery this year has been a real highlight. We’ve seen the completion of some fantastic schemes and when several you’ve worked on are recognised through industry awards, it’s a strong indicator of the quality of the teams and partners involved.
Investment throughout 2025 has been focused and purposeful. We’ve strengthened our manufacturing capability with a new edge bander, upgraded spray booth and additional site transport, alongside continued investment in staff training and development to support both quality and long-term growth.
In parallel with our project work, we’re proud to have increased our support for local charities and local community initiatives, as well as continuing to invest in apprenticeships and skills for the future.
While we are always focused on continuous improvement, client feedback this year has been extremely positive, and we have a strong pipeline secured for the year ahead.
